How to Cancel Your Order

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to your Orders page.
3. Select the order you wish to cancel.
4. Click on 'Cancel Order' if the option is available.
5. If the order has already been shipped, follow our return process.

How to Return an Item

1. Check if your item is eligible for return (refer to our Return Policy).
2. Contact customer service to initiate the return.
3. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging.
4. Attach the provided return label to your package.
5. Drop off the package at the designated location.
6. Track your return and wait for confirmation and refund.
